The SPYOINT FLEX is a highly customizable and probably the easiest to use cellular trail camera. Its Dual-Sim configuration allows the FLEX to automatically connect to the best cellular network available. Even if the main network becomes unreliable, the FLEX will automatically monitor other networks to find a better signal. A completely redesigned antenna makes this connectivity more reliable than ever.
The FLEX takes 33MP photos and 1080p video with sound, and streams them through the SPYPOINT app. In addition to the standard photo and video modes, you can also choose time lapse mode or time lapse+ mode. In Time Lapse+ mode, the camera will take timed photos, but will also trigger image capture when the motion sensor is activated, so you don't have to worry about missing anything.

TRACKING CONTROL :
Once the order has been placed, you will receive a confirmation email in which you will find an order number. Generally shipments are made by Purolator with signature.
CONDITIONS OF SALE :
- DELIVERY TIME
A period of 4 to 9 business days must be allowed for processing orders for products in stock at our warehouse and deliverable to Canada only.
- RESPONSIBILITY
Ecotone declines all responsibility in the event of delivery delays due to stock shortages, whether or not attributable to the carrier, or resulting from an agreement between the place of receipt and the carrier marked SNR (signature not required). Ecotone ships all its orders with a required signature. However, if an SNR agreement is in place for the receiving location, this means that you agree to leave the package without a signature, which is considered a valid signature. Consequently, if the package is lost or stolen following this delivery, Ecotone disclaims all liability and will not cover credit or order replacement costs.
DELIVERY ATTEMPTED - RECIPIENT NOT AVAILABLE
If a delivery attempt is made but the recipient is not available to accept the shipment, a delivery notice will be left specifying the address where the shipment can be picked up. Your shipment will be held at the shipping facility for up to five business days.
If the package is not collected within the allotted time, it will be returned to Ecotone.
If you still want your package, delivery costs will be charged for this 2nd shipment.

Good news: Canada Post will gradually resume its services from December 17, 2024. However, the accumulated delay could lead to additional delivery delays.

Since November 15, 2024, a national Canada Post strike has affected the processing and delivery of mail and packages.
For remote areas where Canada Post normally provides final delivery, packages will be held at the nearest collection point and sent once the conflict is over.
