LEGAL NOTICE / TERMS OF SALE

If the products purchased on Ecotone's website do not fully satisfy you, you may return them within 15 days of receiving the order. Certain conditions apply:

The item has not been used
It is in its original box or packaging
You have the invoice or transaction receipt

If the return does not meet these conditions, the product may be returned to you at your expense.

No exchanges possible for online purchases.

Please allow 5 to 10 business days for refund processing. It will be made upon receipt of the package, using the same payment method used at purchase.

 

NO EXCHANGE OR REFUND ON THE FOLLOWING PRODUCTS

Due to their nature, the following products are considered final sales and cannot be returned or refunded:

Motors (outboard motors, trolling motors, and related accessories)
Electronic products (sonars, trail cameras, rangefinders, etc.)
Optics (scopes, binoculars, telescopes)
Compasses
Batteries
Calls
Hygiene products
Underwear and stockings
Fly tying silk
Saline products (mineral salts and related products)
Sex lures
Any clearance item with a 60% discount or more

RETURN PROCESSING FEES

A processing fee of $15.00 (tax included) will be deducted from your refund for any return made from Quebec or Ontario. For other provinces, a fee of $25.00 will apply.

Our return labels are valid only with Purolator. If this service is not available in your area, you may return the item using the carrier of your choice, at your own expense. In this case, no processing fees will be deducted from your refund.

Please note that if the return shipping costs exceed the amounts indicated due to your place of residence, the actual shipping cost will be fully deducted from your refund. In such a case, we will contact you beforehand to confirm the amount.

 

HOW TO MAKE A RETURN

To make a return, please follow the steps below:

1. Fill out the form Return merchandise online by providing: order number, full name, item(s) to return and size(s), and reason for return.

2. Receive your return label: Once the form is submitted, our team will send you a return label within 2 to 5 business days by email.

3. Prepare your package: Place unused and undamaged items in their original packaging, then in a sturdy shipping box or bag. Don’t forget to include your invoice or transaction receipt.

4. Drop off the package at the nearest drop-off point to your home. Find a Purolator shipping center

Important:

In-store purchases can only be processed in-store.
If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, Ecotone commits to honoring its return policy shown above.

PURCHASE MADE IN STORE

For all purchases made in an Ecotone banner store, you must contact the merchant directly to confirm the return policy applicable at that store. To find the contact details of your Ecotone store: zone-ecotone.com/pages/magasins

 

WARRANTY

Items sold by Ecotone are new and free of defects. They are guaranteed for a period of 30 days from the date of purchase against any manufacturing defects under normal use conditions. In such cases, we will proceed with a replacement or refund, using the same payment method as the original purchase.
