Shipping policy

SPECIAL CONDITIONS

  • In Canada only
  • Free shipping with any purchase of $100 or more, in Quebec and Ontario only, except for: 
  • - Remote regions such as Manicouagan, Lower North Shore or others (see section 2) 
  • - In Canada: Products with dimensions considered "oversized" by carriers(see section 2)
  • Valid shipping and billing addresses in Canada.
  • Delivery to residences only.
  • No packages delivered to a P.O. box.
  • The billing address must be the same as the one on the credit card used.

2- General fixed fees in Canada only on regular service - delivery times are between 4 to 7 business days

  • Quebec and Ontario: $15
    1. Exception: Quebec or Ontario: Remote areas such as Lower North Shore, Manicouagan or others, we will contact you for these fees.
    2. Exception: In Canada: All products whose dimensions are considered "oversized" by carriers,we will contact you for these fees.
  • Labrador and Newfoundland: $55
  • Nova Scotia, New Brunswick, Prince Edward Island: $19
  • Manitoba: $23
  • Alberta, Saskatchewan: $25
  • British Columbia: $28
  • The Territories: Orders from Nunavut, Yukon, or the Northwest Territories will not be served by our company.

    ORDER TRACKING :

    Once the order is placed, you will receive a confirmation email containing an order number. Shipments are generally made by Purolator with signature.

    TERMS OF SALE:

    1. DELIVERY TIME

    A processing time of 4 to 9 business days must be allowed for orders of products in stock at our warehouse and deliverable in Canada only.

    1. LIABILITY

    Ecotone disclaims all liability for delivery delays due to stock shortages, whether attributable to the carrier or not, or resulting from an agreement between the delivery location and the carrier marked SNR (signature not required). Ecotone ships all its orders with a mandatory signature. However, if an SNR agreement is in place for the delivery location, it means you consent to leave the package without a signature, which is considered a valid signature. Therefore, if the package is lost or stolen following this delivery, Ecotone is released from all liability and will not cover credit or replacement order costs.

    DELIVERY ATTEMPT - RECIPIENT NOT AVAILABLE

    If a delivery attempt is made but the recipient is not available to accept the shipment, a delivery notice will be left specifying the address where the shipment can be picked up. Your shipment will be held at the shipping facility for a maximum of five business days.

    If the package is not picked up within the allotted time, it will be returned to Ecotone.

    If you still want your package, shipping fees will be charged for this 2nd shipment.
