It is possible that there is a delay for deliveries due to the carrier. Delivery to residences only.
Fixed fee Quebec and Ontario from $10 to $15 * except Basse-Côte-Nord (regular service): 4 to 7 business days.
Flat fee Labrador and Newfoundland of $37 (regular service): 4 to 7 business days.
Flat fee Nova Scotia, New Brunswick and Prince Edward Island of $19 (regular service) 4 to 7 business days.
Manitoba flat fee of $25 (regular service) 4 to 7 business days.
Flat fee Alberta and Saskatchewan of $25 (regular service) 4 to 7 business days.
Flat fee British Columbia $25 (regular service) 4-7 business days.
Free delivery promotion with any purchase of $75 or more **in Quebec and Ontario
Valid shipping and billing addresses in Canada.
No package delivered to a PO box.
The billing address must be the same as the one on the credit card used.
Orders from Nunavut, Yukon or Northwest Territories will not be serviced by our company.
Once the order has been placed, you will receive a confirmation email in which you will find an order number. Generally shipments are made by Purolator.
A delay of 4 to 9 working days must be allocated to the processing of orders for products in stock at our warehouse and deliverable in Canada.
Ecotone can in no way be held responsible for a delay in delivery resulting from a shortage of stock or attributable to the carrier.
Delivery attempt - Recipient not available
If a delivery attempt is made but the recipient is unavailable to accept the shipment, a delivery notice will be left detailing the address where the shipment can be picked up. Your shipment will be held at the shipping facility for up to five business days.
If the package is not collected within the allotted time, it will be returned to Ecotone.
If you still want your package, delivery costs will be charged for this 2nd shipment.
