Shipping policy


 1- Special conditions

  • In Canada only.
  • Free shipping with any purchase of $100 or more, in Quebec ( ** ) and Ontario only,
    • (*) With the exception of the Lower North Shore (transport at your expense, see below).
    • (*) With the exception of non-standard packages subject to the maximum specifications of the selected carrier (generally, this affects the excess lengths or weights of certain products, transport at your expense, see below)
  • Valid shipping and billing addresses in Canada.
  • Delivery to residences only.
  • No package delivered to a PO box.
  • The billing address must be the same as the one on the credit card used.

2- Fixed costsgeneral in Canada only on regular service - delays are between 4 to 7 working days

  • Quebec (*) and Ontario: $15
    • (*) with the exception of Basse-Côte-Nord in Quebec, we will contact you for the amount
    • (*) With the exception of non-standard or oversized packages which are subject to the maximum specifications of the selected carrier (generally, this concerns the excess lengths or weights of certain products. The transport will be at your expense, we will contact you for all details of these charges)
  • Labrador and Newfoundland: $55
  • Nova Scotia, New Brunswick, Prince Edward Island: $19
  • Manitoba: 23$
  • Alberta, Saskatchewan: 25$ 
  • British Columbia:28 $ 
  • Orders from Nunavut, Yukon or Northwest Territories will not be serviced by our company.

 Tracking control

Once the order has been placed, you will receive a confirmation email in which you will find an order number. Generally shipments are made by Purolator.

delivery time

A delay of 4 to 9 working days must be allocated to the processing of orders for products in stock at our warehouse and deliverable in Canada.

Ecotone can in no way be held responsible for a delay in delivery resulting from a shortage of stock or attributable to the carrier.

Delivery attempt - Recipient not available

If a delivery attempt is made but the recipient is unavailable to accept the shipment, a delivery notice will be left detailing the address where the shipment can be picked up. Your shipment will be held at the shipping facility for up to five business days.

If the package is not collected within the allotted time, it will be returned to Ecotone.

If you still want your package, delivery costs will be charged for this second shipment.
