If the products purchased on the Ecotone website do not completely suit you, we will accept returns within 15 days of receipt. Certain conditions apply:

  • The item has not been worn.
  • It is still in its original box.
  • You have the invoice or receipt for the transaction.


In the event that the return does not comply with the conditions above, the product may be returned to you at your expense.

No exchange for online purchases.

Please allow 5-10 business days for credit processing.
We will make the refund upon receipt of the package, using the same payment method of the purchase.

A return processing fee of $15.00, including taxes, will be subtracted from your refund amount.


  1. Write an email to to request a return label, including the following information:
    1. Order number
    2. First and last name
    3. Items to be returned / size
    4. Reason for return
  2. Once your email is received, we will send you a label within 2 to 5 business days
  3. Place the unused, undamaged item in its original packaging and then in the shipping box or bag, making sure to include your invoice or transaction receipt.
  4. You can then drop off your package at the nearest drop-off point.

  • Purchases made in store can only be processed in store.
  • If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, Ecotone undertakes to respect its return policy appearing above.



For all purchases made in an Ecotone banner store, you must contact the merchant directly to validate the returns policy provided for that store.

The items supplied by Ecotone are new and without defects. They are guaranteed for a period of 30 days from the date of purchase against any manufacturing defect if the product has been used under normal conditions. In these cases, we will replace the product or refund you using the same payment method of the purchase.
