LEGAL NOTICE / TERMS OF SALE
If the products purchased on the Ecotone website do not fully suit you, we will accept returns within 15 days of receipt. Certain conditions apply:
- The item was not worn.
- It is still in its original box.
- You have the invoice or receipt for the transaction.
If the return does not comply with the above conditions, the product may be returned to you at your expense.
No exchanges for online purchases.
Please allow 5 to 10 business days for credit processing.
We will process the refund upon receipt of the package, using the same payment method as the purchase.
RETURN PROCESSING FEES
A return processing fee of $15.00, taxes included, will be deducted from your refund amount for Quebec and Ontario. For other provinces, a fee of $25.00 will be deducted.
Please note that our return labels are valid only for Purolator. If Purolator is not available in your area, the return will be at your expense using the carrier of your choice. In this case, the return processing fees will not be deducted from your refund.
*** Please note that if the return fees arehigher due to your place of residence, this amount will be fully deducted from your refund. We will contact you to validate the amount.
HOW TO MAKE A RETURN
- Fill out the "Return of goods" form to request a return label, including the following information:
- Order number
- First and last name
- Items to return / size
- Reason for return
- Once your email is received, we will send you a label within 2 to 5 business days
- Place the unused and undamaged item in its original packaging, then in the shipping box or bag, making sure to include your invoice or transaction receipt.
- You can then drop off your package at the nearest drop-off point.

- Purchases made in-store can only be processed in-store.
- If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, Ecotone is committed to adhering to its return policy shown above.
PURCHASE MADE IN STORE
For all purchases made in a store under the Ecotone banner, you must contact the merchant directly to confirm the return policy applicable at that store.

GUARANTEE
The items provided by Ecotone are new and free of defects. They are guaranteed for a period of 30 days from the date of purchase against any manufacturing defects if the product has been used under normal conditions. In such cases, we will replace the product or refund it using the same payment method as the purchase.
