Extended return for Christmas gifts 🎁
With us, we want your Christmas gifts to bring joy without worry. That is why all orders placed between November 1 and December 31, 2025 benefit from a special return extension until January 15, 2026.
You therefore have plenty of time to choose, give, and, if necessary, return your items. Enjoy your purchases with complete peace of mind!
LEGAL NOTICE / TERMS OF SALE
If the products purchased on the Ecotone website do not fully suit you, you can make a return within 15 days following receipt of the order. Certain conditions apply:
The item has not been worn
It is in its original box or packaging
You have the invoice or transaction receipt
If the return does not meet these conditions, the product may be returned to you at your expense.
❗ No exchanges possible for online purchases.
Please allow a processing time of 5 to 10 business days for the refund. It will be made upon receipt of the package, using the same payment method used at purchase.
RETURN PROCESSING FEES
A processing fee of $15.00 (taxes included) will be deducted from your refund for any return made from Quebec or Ontario.
For other provinces, a fee of $25.00 will apply.
Our return labels are valid only with Purolator. If this service is not offered in your area, you may return the item with the carrier of your choice, at your expense. In this case, no processing fee will be deducted from your refund.
Please note that if the return costs exceed the amounts indicated due to your place of residence, the actual shipping cost will be fully deducted from your refund. In such a situation, we will contact you beforehand to confirm the amount.
HOW TO MAKE A RETURN
To make a return, please follow the steps below:
Fill out the form "Return of goods" online by providing the following information:
• Order number
• First and last name
• Item(s) to return and size(s)
• Reason for returnReceive your return label:
Once the form is sent, our team will send you a return label within 2 to 5 business days by email.Prepare your package:
Place the unused and undamaged items in their original packaging, then in a sturdy shipping box or bag.
Don’t forget to include your invoice or transaction receipt.Drop off the package at the nearest drop-off point.

- Purchases made in-store can only be processed in-store.
- If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, Ecotone commits to respecting its return policy shown above.
IN-STORE PURCHASE
For all purchases made in an Ecotone banner store, you must contact the merchant directly to validate the return policy applicable at that store.

WARRANTY
Items sold by Ecotone are new and free of defects. They are guaranteed for a period of 30 days from the date of purchase, against any manufacturing defect, under normal conditions of use.
In such a case, we will proceed with a replacement or a refund, using the same payment method as that used at purchase.
