- Free shipping on all purchases of $100 or more, in Quebec and Ontario only, except for:
- Remote regions such as Manicouagan, the Lower North Shore, or others (see section 2)
- In Canada: Products with dimensions considered "oversized" by carriers (see section 2)
- Valid shipping and billing addresses in Canada.
- Delivery to residences only.
- No packages delivered to a post office box.
- The billing address must be the same as the address on the credit card used.

ORDER TRACKING :
Once your order has been placed, you will receive a confirmation email containing an order number. Shipments are generally sent via Purolator with a signature required.
TERMS OF SALE :
- DELIVERY TIME
Allow 4 to 9 business days for processing orders for products in stock at our warehouse and deliverable in Canada only.
- RESPONSIBILITY
Ecotone accepts no responsibility for delivery delays caused by stock shortages, whether attributable to the carrier or not, or resulting from an agreement between the delivery location and the carrier marked SNR (signature not required). Ecotone ships all orders with a signature required. However, if an SNR agreement is in place for the delivery location, this means that you consent to leaving the package without a signature, which is considered a valid signature. Consequently, if the package is lost or stolen following this delivery, Ecotone disclaims all responsibility and will not cover credit or order replacement costs.
DELIVERY ATTEMPT - RECIPIENT UNAVAILABLE
If a delivery attempt is made but the recipient is unavailable to accept the shipment, a delivery notice will be left specifying the address where the shipment can be picked up. Your shipment will be held at the shipping facility for a maximum of five business days.
If the package is not picked up within the allotted time, it will be returned to Ecotone.
If you still want your package, shipping fees will be charged for this second shipment.
