For easy setup, detailed instructions provided in the package will guide you to scan the QR code, which will direct you to the Smart Wear app available on Google Play for Android or the Apple Store for iPhone users.
With this app you have full control over when and for how long you want to turn on the heat, as well as the ability to choose the ideal temperature for you. TRACKING CONTROL :
Once the order has been placed, you will receive a confirmation email in which you will find an order number. Generally shipments are made by Purolator with signature.
CONDITIONS OF SALE :
- DELIVERY TIME
A period of 4 to 9 business days must be allowed for processing orders for products in stock at our warehouse and deliverable to Canada only.
- RESPONSIBILITY
Ecotone declines all responsibility in the event of delivery delays due to stock shortages, whether or not attributable to the carrier, or resulting from an agreement between the place of receipt and the carrier marked SNR (signature not required). Ecotone ships all its orders with a required signature. However, if an SNR agreement is in place for the receiving location, this means that you agree to leave the package without a signature, which is considered a valid signature. Consequently, if the package is lost or stolen following this delivery, Ecotone disclaims all liability and will not cover credit or order replacement costs.
DELIVERY ATTEMPTED - RECIPIENT NOT AVAILABLE
If a delivery attempt is made but the recipient is not available to accept the shipment, a delivery notice will be left specifying the address where the shipment can be picked up. Your shipment will be held at the shipping facility for up to five business days.
If the package is not collected within the allotted time, it will be returned to Ecotone.
If you still want your package, delivery costs will be charged for this 2nd shipment.
