Our heated jackets give you the ability to personalize your heating experience. You have the choice between two modes: manual mode and Bluetooth mode, directly from your mobile phone. For easy setup, detailed instructions provided in the package will guide you to scan the QR code, which will direct you to the Smart Wear app available on Google Play for Android or the Apple Store for iPhone users.

With this app you have full control over when and for how long you want to turn on the heat, as well as the ability to choose the ideal temperature for you. Additionally, our heated jackets can be integrated into jackets with size #2 zippers. Enjoy a more enjoyable and comfortable outdoor experience with Sportchief!

    TRACKING CONTROL :

    Once the order has been placed, you will receive a confirmation email in which you will find an order number. Generally shipments are made by Purolator with signature.

    CONDITIONS OF SALE :

    1. DELIVERY TIME

    A delay of 4 to 9 working days must be allocated to the processing of orders for products in stock at our warehouse and deliverable in Canada only.

    1. RESPONSIBILITY

    Ecotone declines all responsibility in the event of late delivery due to stock shortages, whether or not attributable to the carrier, or resulting from an agreement between the place of receipt and the carrier marked SNR (signature not required). Ecotone ships all its orders with a required signature. However, if an SNR agreement is in place for the receiving location, this means that you agree to leave the package without a signature, which is considered a valid signature. Consequently, if the package is lost or stolen following this delivery, Ecotone disclaims all liability and will not cover credit or order replacement costs.

    DELIVERY ATTEMPTED - RECIPIENT NOT AVAILABLE

    If a delivery attempt is made but the recipient is unavailable to accept the shipment, a delivery notice will be left detailing the address where the shipment can be picked up. Your shipment will be held at the shipping facility for up to five business days.

    If the package is not collected within the allotted time, it will be returned to Ecotone.

    If you still want your package, delivery costs will be charged for this second shipment.
